YOUTH LEAD

Woodside Church is looking for an experienced and dynamic Youth Lead who is passionate about creating safe spaces for young people to come into a welcoming community and encounter God. Woodside has a thriving youth work across two congregations with Sunday and Mid-week events serving 150 plus 11 - 18 year old's. Additionally the role holder will be a part of the Woodside Church Leadership Development Track. This is a development tracking aiming to identify and develop future leaders with a wide range of skills and gifting. Those on the track are given real responsibility as we seek to help them develop in four main areas: Spiritual formation, knowledge, character and skills.
